People-Trak lets you create your own custom fields, place them on your own custom screens and even place these screens into your own workflow for specific users. The custom screens feature allows you to design your own screens using any fields from People Trak. You can add grids, labels, check boxes, buttons, etc. If you want, you could create one screen to include address information, employment status, benefit elections, job title, department, location, supervisor, next review date and hire date all on one screen!
