How has your job tasks changed since the implementation of People-Trak? For example which processes have been eliminated or drastically reduced from automation?
People-Trak helps me "stay on track" with all of our HR processes. People-Trak is efficient, time saving, accurate, and reliable. Using this database provides personnel information and reports with a touch of a button; this allows me to focus on other functions of our business. The employee self service feature is very user friendly for our employees and the feedback has been extremely favorable since our implementation in October 2007.
How do you feel about People-Trak's approach to client support? For example has your support representative been knowledgeable and helpful to you?
Danalee has been extremely knowledgeable and supportive on assisting us in every capacity possible. There is no question or issue she can't take care of. Her customer support is superb, she is the consummate professional.
