| People-Trak.net is an extensive website developed specifically for our customers. You
can access the website directly from a menu option within People-Trak and use our auto-login feature to obtain
immediate access.

| UPDATES AND UPGRADES |
| Your participation in our support program ensures that you will receive all product updates and
upgrades. We make minor updates to the product when necessary between major upgrades. These updates can be downloaded from People-Trak.Net and installed quickly and easily. Upgrades are performed approximately once every 18 months and include collected updates and significant enhancement to the product. All updates and upgrades are free to actively supported customers.
