Realizing the challenges in coordinating resources and time, People-Trak has developed a wide variety of comprehensive programs and venues designed to meet your individual training requirements.

People-Trak University (PTU) “Visiting Professor”
For students who prefer a classroom environment, without the travel, yet desire to receive training in an accelerated pace, we offer training at your site, or at a site you designate. For larger groups (up to 8 participants), this is an ideal method to save money on travel and to remain close to your work while being trained.

People-Trak University (PTU) “One-on-One” Essentials

For students with restricted schedules or who are not able to travel, we offer training via a virtual classroom using WebEx technology. For one or two students, this is an excellent way to receive training at a faster pace than the traditional People-Trak University format. This provides the advantage of very low student/teacher ratios. When there are two or more students in a virtual classroom session, the students share a single PC and alternate who actually performs the lessons under trainer supervision. The Essentials sessions may be scheduled one of three ways.

• Option 1: Six, 3-hour training sessions.
  
• Option 2: Five, 4-hour training sessions.
  
• Option 3: Three, 7-hour training session with an hour lunch included.
  

For whichever option chosen, total hours scheduled will average at 18, not exceeding 20 hours.

People-Trak University (PTU) “One-on-One” Strategic

This training is conducting in the same fashion as the Essentials training but, due to the complexity of the subject matter, the class is broken down into three different session options.

• Option 1: Four, 3-hour training sessions.
  
• Option 2: Three, 4-hour training sessions.
  
• Option 3: Two, 7-hour training session with an hour lunch included.
  

For whichever option chosen, total hours scheduled will average at 12, not exceeding 14 hours.

People-Trak University (PTU)
This venue was created for those students who prefer a true University style of learning. The PTU format will mirror a traditional college course. In this case the course lecture is offered via a virtual classroom using WebEx technology. Going to class is a simple matter of connecting to the classroom environment with your PC. The class is held on a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule in 2 hour sessions. This class is designed to be completed in a three week period with each participant enrolled separately.

Regional Training
There will be approximately 6 Regional trainings held per year. These will be at designated Hotel Conference Centers chosen by the volume of customers in the vicinity. There will be limited seating and these will be announced in ample time for you to make arrangements to attend. The training environment will involve 2 students per shared computer working thru the class and lessons together, over the course of a 3 day period.
