In regard to HR and Payroll products, an interfaced solution is one that has two distinct products that work together to achieve a common goal. The products may not be from the same vendor, may not be in the same development language and may not run on the same platform.
While Technical Difference, Inc. has developed interfaces between People-Trak, a Windows based product developed in Visual Basic and other Windows based Payroll products such ADP®, PayChex®, Timberline® and many others.
We are pleased to announce the

An employee who serves as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company. The account manager works closely with the customer on an as-needed basis to ensure that proper customer service and technical support is provided and the highest level of proficiency with the product is achieved. Through a peer relationship, the account manager and the customer will review emerging product needs, training requirements, and support requirements.

We’ve implemented changes! Instead of one assigned account representative, you now have an entire team of resources working together to give you the best possible support. Your team includes the following:
• Account Manager: Oversees your continued progress with the software and communicates with you to assess your evolving needs in regards to support, product use and training.
• Technical Resource Specialists: Provides your first line of support for day-to-day assistance, ongoing education and technical trouble shooting.
• Trainer: Leads your People-Trak University trainings, conducts one-on-one trainings and schedules overviews on upgrades and feature enhancements in the software as needed.
• Sales Consultant: Assists in keeping you informed of ongoing promotions and conducts product demonstrations.
Although this is a new concept to People-Trak, this approach has already been successful. On a personal note, Bob has been a client of ours for a number of years now. He has always been very easy to talk to, he has a wonderful sense of humor and its always a pleasure working with him.
