SQL Server – What’s The Big Deal?

with version 9 of People-Trak HR Software, we
are dropping support for Microsoft Access
databases and supporting only SQL Server
versions 2005 and greater. Products in the
field will be supported until such time as SQL
Server has been installed, either as part of
the version 9 upgrade or as an upgrade to your
currently installed version 8.
Reviews Coming Soon…
In the coming months, your People-Trak Account
Managers will start conducting reviews of
their client accounts. This process will
consist of a full account overview with
emphasis on your product needs & applicable
solutions, customer satisfaction and of course
your feedback. Our goal with these reviews is
to re-connect with you and ensure that you are
receiving the necessary assistance required to
get the most out of your People-Trak HRIS.
This process will start with a pre-review
questionnaire that will assist us in analyzing
your specific needs, allow us to set goals and
put in place the processes to attain them.
This time will also be an opportunity for you
to make us aware of any outstanding issues or
concerns you may have so that they can be
appropriately resolved and/or escalated if

submitted to your Account Manager, a call will
be scheduled to conduct the overview. Based
off the results of the questionnaire and the
review as a whole, your Account Manager will
work closely with your assigned Technical
Resource Specialist to review your needs, make any
necessary changes in support and/or products
and to ensure that we stay on the path of
providing excellent customer support.
