Since 1982, SEA has been a service provider for the federally-funded Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). SEA personnel provide home repairs designed to save energy and reduce or eliminate environmental hazards.
In addition to basic weatherization services, SEA also provides ongoing, in-home energy counseling to residents of homes weatherized. From providing reading materials to advising on energy conserving lifestyle changes, to helping recipients monitor energy consumption, SEA’s energy counselors are a valuable community resource.
SEA has helped more than 36,000 people through the Weatherization Assistance Program and the Care & Conserve Program. Most of those served are elderly, minority, and/or handicapped.
When SEA first contacted us they had already reviews several HR Software systems. Their company had tripled in size over the last year, and they had outgrown their current HRIS.
They hoped to find a comprehensive HR system that included Time-off Management that allows tem to accrue time on a weekly basis. Disciplinary actions, appraisals, benefit management, and compensation history were also high on their list of requirements. Giving managers limited access to their human resource system was also a requirement. They were very excited to find People-Trak’s extensive security features along with easy to use auditing tools were included in the basic HR Essentials package.
SEA also purchased People-Trak’s Web Components as an add-on that includes Employee/Manager Self Service and Career Center that allows for applicants to apply online via their own website.
