Ibis Tek researched for an HRIS / HR Software package that had the ability to interface with their payroll system so they didn’t have to worry about double data entry. They also wanted a Human Resource software system that would allow applicants to apply online (Employee/Manager Self-Service). People-Trak’s Medical Wellness screen and Safety Administration module was also a big bonus to their Occupational Nurse to help track their vast medical requirements. People-Trak’s multi-level security feature was extremely important in making sure their Occupational Nurse had sole access to this information in the complete HR software application.
