Tuscaloosa Housing Authority provides rental assistance to low income families. Public Housing was established to provide decent and safe rental housing for eligible lowincome families, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. Public housing comes in all sizes and types, scattered from single family houses to high rise apartments for the elderly. There are approximately 1.3 million households living in public housing units, managed by 3,300 Housing Authorities.
Tuscaloosa Housing Authority needed to find HR software to help them manage employee data, training history, safety incidences, time & attendance, benefits, and applicants. They also had a fleet of company vehicles and needed an HRIS to track renewal dates for their vehicle licenses.
