AVERO Diagnostics is a specialized cancer diagnostics company dedicated to providing the highest quality anatomic and molecular pathology services to physicians and their patients across the United States. Avero’s Director of HR was looking for an HRIS that would allow her to track more data than what is stored in her current payroll application and that would also allow her to run numerous statistical reports and export those reports to excel. She also needed the capability to create custom data entry points as well as other data such as: Employee Health Records (i.e. immunization dations, elections, drug testing results, Employee Documents (i.e. who has and has not turned in orientation checklists, handbook agreements, benefit forms, position descriptions, policies, etc.), Employee and Dependent benefit enrollment, Evaluations completed and due and details of those including compensation changes and reasons for those changes, Counseling and Discipline, I-9 documents, Licenses, Degrees and Certifications, Demographics, all data needed to run annual EE0-1 reports, Employee Injuries/Worker’s Compensation, Transfer/Promotion Data, Termination Data, etc.

After reviewing the different offerings that People-Trak has for its HR software application, Avero opted for People-Trak’s Strategic HR. This state of the art application will allow them to manage their employee data at the detail level they need and will also let them create at any time any additional processes needed to streamline the flow of information. With People-Trak’s HR software, reporting of information whether it is their EEO information or a simple employee list is just a cinch! People-Trak’s HR software alert system will keep them on top of renewals of documents, licenses and certifications as well as the reporting of incidents or accidents for OSHA compliance.
