Avero’s Director of HR was looking for an HRIS that would allow her to track more data than what is stored in her current payroll application and that would also allow her to run numerous statistical reports and export those reports to excel. She also needed the capability to create custom data entry points as well as other data such as: Employee Health Records (i.e. immunization dations, elections, drug testing results, Employee Documents (i.e. who has and has not turned in orientation checklists, handbook agreements, benefit forms, position descriptions, policies, etc.), Employee and Dependent benefit enrollment, Evaluations completed and due and details of those including compensation changes and reasons for those changes, Counseling and Discipline, I-9 documents, Licenses, Degrees and Certifications, Demographics, all data needed to run annual EE0-1 reports, Employee Injuries/Worker’s Compensation, Transfer/Promotion Data, Termination Data, etc.
