COBRA ADMINISTRATION INTRODUCTION
COBRA Administration tracks contact information, dates, reasons, and payment history for all COBRA electors. It also produces payment coupons and payment history reports. COBRA electors can be initiated as employees or dependents from within Personnel Management or can be entered directly into COBRA Administration.

Recipient Details – tracks contact and demographic information for the COBRA recipient. If the recipient is a former employee, current employee, or a dependent being tracked in the Personnel module, this information is automatically loaded when COBRA is actually elected.
Event and Payment History – provides details for the events and date milestones as the recipient moves through the election process. Also tracks all payment history including the check number, date, and amount for verification purposes.
Benefit Enrollment – tracks prior, current, and future benefits enrollment.
