With People-Trak Workflows, you can create custom processes to replicate how you work, and how information actually flows through your organization.
Basically, a workflow is a series of custom screens and triggers, grouped together to serve a specific user or a specific company process. Once a workflow is set up, it is used again and again.
A workflow can be for a specific People-Trak user. For example, create a workflow just for your Benefits Coordinator for faster processing speeds. This workflow would contain the Personal screen, the Status screen, the Current Benefits screen, and the Future Benefits screen. Having fewer screens or fields simplifies data-entry for the Benefits Coordinator, and makes updating information a smooth process.
Workflows can also be created for specific tasks to standardize processes. For example, you can create a New Hire workflow, or a Termination workflow.
This way, no matter which People-Trak user is completing the workflow, all necessary steps are taken for onboarding or offboarding employees.
