A workflow can be for a specific People-Trak user. For example, create a workflow just for your Benefits Coordinator for faster processing speeds. This workflow would contain the Personal screen, the Status screen, the Current Benefits screen, and the Future Benefits screen. Having fewer screens or fields simplifies data-entry for the Benefits Coordinator, and makes updating information a smooth process.
Workflows can also be created for specific tasks to standardize processes. For example, you can create a New Hire workflow, or a Termination workflow.
