Electronic Forms are an extension of the custom screen feature. These are custom screens that have a scanned form as a background in the
hr software. You can scan any of your currently used forms and then select fields and place them on the background. The fields can be positioned with the mouse or with keystrokes just like custom screens. You can place regular text boxes and check boxes on the form. This electronic form can then be used as a data entry form. Users (HR, ESS, MSS, or Career Center) can stop filling out forms with pen and pencil and can now complete the same forms using their PC.
