The Job Profiles table serves as a complete job detail database. This table is composed of five screens that cover every detail of a job that you can think of– salary grade, job description, job requirements, job duties, and even ADA profile.
When this information is combined with other People-Trak tools, the user is able to complete many state-of-the-art HR strategic functions. For example, you are able to do succession planning by searching details on which current employees will be able to replace retiring senior executives. Another example is that you will be able to search what gaps need to be filled and what path needs to be taken for an employee who wants to reach a certain position in the organization.
