Form / Letter / Label Editor
The Form/Letter/Label Editor is another extremely useful part of People-Trak. As the name suggests, it enables you to create forms, letters, and labels that make use of the employee data from your live People-Trak database.
Form Editor
With the Form Editor, you can create your own forms to lay out information for printing, and label it how you want it. The image on the left shows the custom form editor, with a layout created in People-Trak. All the labels and fields shown are customizable. The image on the right shows the form when it is run, populated with employee data.

Letter Editor
The Letter Editor allows you to create and store your company HR letters in a centralized spot to be used again and again. Below is a sample “Welcome Aboard” Letter. The image on the left shows the letter template editor where we have selected fields, denoted by ~F~. The image on the right shows the letter when it is run and contains employee data. Like our reports, these can contain any field in the system.

Label Editor
You can also create labels in a similar way with the Label Editor, and use preset label formatting (i.e. Avery 5160). You just decide what info you want to be on the labels, and within a few clicks your labels are ready to print.
