In addition to the powerful modules and core features, People-Trak provides a variety of productivity tools that enable you to accomplish daily tasks quickly and more efficiently and to improve your visibility within the organization

Batch Processing – Batch processing options are used to update frequently modified information such as performance reviews, salary changes, and attendance history in “batches” rather than one record at a time. Entering a batch of changes with one program with all fields collected on one screen is far faster than retrieving a record and making changes one by one.

Email – Email features are included in People-Trak to allow you to send email to and from a variety of sources.

Scheduler – The scheduler is a powerful tool that allows you to schedule programs, documents, and reminders for automated execution.

Alerts – Alerts are a powerful feature used to notify you and selected employees, applicants, etc, of important events based on past or future dates. Each alert is based on an alert type and a single date within the module.

Auditing – People-Trak provides auditing features that allow you to track any or all changes made to records in any module. Whenever a field selected for auditing is changed, an audit record is written to the database.

Workflows – The workflow feature in People-Trak allows you to create concise and task specific data entry screens called workflows. The workflows are aptly named because you develop them to reflect how the work or information actually flows through your organization.
