In addition to the powerful modules and core features,

and to improve your visibility within the organization
|Auditing / Audit Reporting|
People-Trak provides auditing features that allow you to track any or all changes made to records in any module. Whenever a field selected for auditing is changed, an audit record is written to the database. The audit record is composed of the following fields.
A powerful report wrier based on the People-Trak’s Report Writer can be used to generate a wide variety of audit reports.
- Date of Change
- Time of change
- User ID of user making the change
- Module in which change was made
- ID for record being changed
- The field being changed
- Prior value of the field
- New value of the field
Audit reporting works just like any other form of reporting in People-Trak, except there are a limited number of fields that can be included in an audit report. There is a field name in the audit data dictionary for each of these fields. It is thus possible to select audit records for printing based on any combination of these fields. It is also possible to list, sort, count, average and total these fields using the standard features of the Adhoc Report Writer.
