Friday Focus: Preparing for Self Service with People-Trak

Join us next week for a special 60-minute Friday Focus on “Preparing for ESS.”  
This session will demonstrate how to develop a staged approach for deploying Employee Self Service in your organization so that neither you nor the employees will be overwhelmed.  We will also demonstrate how to create basic desktops for employee and manager users, and discuss many other relevant issues for deploying ESS.

Announcing a Series of Free Training in San Diego

We are pleased to announce that we will be offering a series of free training programs at our site in the beautiful San Diego area.  The classes will be free, the instructor will be free, and the coffee and donuts will be free.  All you have to do is get yourself here for the three-day course and we will take care of the training! See the first invite below.

People-Trak Version 9 Essentials Training

Monday, April 20 – Wednesday, April 22
People-Trak (Technical Difference) Offices

The first class that we are offering is the standard Essential Technology class for the version 9 series. This is a three day class with full lab sessions. This class can be a great refresher for existing users, an even better class for recent hires on your staff and… a great excuse to get out of the office and visit beautiful San Diego area! This class and those that follow start on Monday and end on Wednesday. You can plan to travel on the prior weekend and stay to the next weekend if you wish. 

This first class will be offered on April 20 through April 22. Normally, there would be 8 seats available. However due to a prior commitment, we have just 4 seats available. The seats are available right now on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, call your support rep and sign up now. We expect demand to be quite high.

Next Class

The next class will also be the three-day Essential Technology class starting on May 4. You can either stay in town for Mother’s Day (hmm…) or head back to be with your family. We currently have six available seats for this class.

Future free classes will be scheduled throughout the late spring and summer. Watch the weekly email for announcements. If you wish to be placed on a waiting list with early notification of seat availability, please contact your rep.
