Slight changes to support hours for the summer

Summer Support Hours

People-Trak Technical Support hours will undergo a slight change for the summer.
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Support hours are:
Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm PST

To coincide with the longer hours, your representative will be taking every other Friday off. Know that you can still call in with questions and be assisted on Fridays by calling 1-800-273-3760 and dialing ‘0’ for a Support Representative. 
How to Check Your Rep’s Schedule
If you need to work with your rep, you can refer to his or her schedule, available via the Support website. To do so, simply click on the link at the bottom of this newsletter. Or, go to, and click the blue Log In button on the top right corner. After logging in, click View Calendar under the blue “My Support Rep” box. (If you don’t remember your username or password, you can click “Forgot username or password,” and enter your email address to be automatically sent both. Or just call your rep.)
Did you know…?
You can securely pay your annual Maintenance Renewal online with VISA or Mastercard. Just log in and go to My Account Information, and click the blue button labeled “Pay Your Support Renewal.”
