In the search for an HRIS system CE2 wanted an application to not only track standard employee information, but also wanted to have something to track their Safety incidences too. They wanted a comprehensive report writer with the ability to run standard Osha reports. Tracking training and training history within their HR system was also very important. CE2 anticipates high future growth so the Human Resource system they select must include an applicant tracking feature with a requisition process.
