As a growing organization, SPS employees are based in 4 offices in the continental US with expanded presence in Kuwait, Iraq, Qatar and Afghanistan.
Systems Products and Solutions were looking for a Human Resource System written on an SQL platform to help automate their HR processes. Employee/Manager Self Service that included the ability to insert links directly to their benefit providers for employee access was a key feature. They also wanted to attach and scan documents into their employee records. Tracking benefits including Cobra, performance reviews & company property was on their list of requirements. Being a Government Contractor EEO reports was a must. They also wanted to interface with ADP Pay Export so they wouldn’t have to worry about double-data entry.
