MNES’ HR Manager had used People-Trak, HRIS at a prior company and was very aware of how functional and user friendly People-Trak, HRIS is. In this organization, most of the recording of HR information was being done in Excel Spreadsheets. The HR Manager and HR Coordinator were now looking for an HR Software System to help them manage their Personnel information as well as their Time & Attendance, Recruiting and Employee Self Service functions.
