Tiny Prints

To savvy shoppers around the world, the name Tiny Prints stands for high quality products, stylish design and exceptional customer service, but to them the name will always conjure up images of the adorable babies whose photos graced their first line of birth announcements, photo cards and holiday greetings. What was started by three friends with big dreams and a passion for beautiful paper has grown from a tiny, self-funded company specializing in unique baby stationery into a booming online retailer of stylish designs for every occasion that is recognized around the globe for their commitment to customer service and their insistence that personal attention be paid to every order.

The HR Director at Tiny Prints had experience using People-Trak HRIS from a previous employer. After taking a new position with Tiny Prints and finding a manual process in place for tracking employee information, People-Trak was chosen as the new Human Resource Information System at Tiny Prints.

Tracking basic employee information along with Workers’ Comp claims, Time & Attendance, Applicants, and implementing an Employee/Manager Self Service was top on the list of requirements. Having a standard payroll interface with ADP Pay Expert was also required to complete their HR software needs.
