From the Manager’s Desk

My name is Robert Jackson, and I have recently taken over as the Technical Support Manager. While new to Technical Difference, I bring 22 years of Strategic Development and Project Management experience to People-Trak, and I am committed to maintaining the high level of customer service that you have come to expect.

As we move forward, we will be restructuring the Technical Support Department to improve your overall customer service experience. You will still receive the same, personal support you’ve always enjoyed with an assigned Technical Support Representative. But as part of the restructure, we will be reassigning some of your Technical Support Reps to new, higher Support roles. This new structure will better support the development, enhancement, and release of new People-Trak products.

Over the next couple of weeks, you will be contacted by the Technical Support Rep that will be overseeing your account. At that time, please address any questions or concerns that you may have with your Representative, or feel free to ask about any of the great new things going on at People-Trak.
