End-of-Year Processes with People-Trak

It’s that time of year again–the holidays are fast approaching. While visions of sugar-plums dance in your head, don’t forget to prepare for end-of-year HR processes.

Prepare Now for Changes & Rollovers
Good news is, your People-Trak Support Representative is here to help. Please reach out now to schedule some time with your Rep, as appointments fill up quickly this time of year. Popular appointment topics include:
  • Benefits rate or plan changes
  • Attendance accruals, rollovers, or rate level changes
For attendance rollover, typically two appointments are scheduled. The first appointment will be spent creating a report for you to verify the employee data. The second appointment will be about 10-15 minutes spent completing the rollover. (As always, we recommend that a backup be completed prior to the rollover, in case anything is missed during the initial review.)

Remind Employees of Company Policies
Now may also be the right time to remind your employees of your company’s carryover policy. You may want to notify employees (using People-Trak’s email tools) who will lose vacation days if they do not take it prior to December 31st.

Say “Thank You” to Employees
Finally, you may also want to use People-Trak’s email tools to prepare a year-end thank you letter. The holidays are a great opportunity to show appreciation for all the hard work your employees do.

If you have any other processes you need assistance with, please reach out to us. We look forward to hearing from you!

Your 2015 Mousepads Are Coming!

We’re once again designing new People-Trak mousepads! We’re happy to send them out each year as a thank you to all our People-Trak clients on active support. Look for them to arrive sometime in early December!
