HRMS – Personnel Management
The Personnel Management module takes employee
information out of the filing cabinets and puts it at your fingertips.
Now you can respond immediately to management, employee and government
requests making you a real information provider. In addition
to extensive demographic, EEO and status information, the Personnel
Management modules provides the following:
Job and Salary History– Tracks dates, rates,
locations, divisions, departments and salary grades. Computes
and stores compa-ratios, percent-of-range, change amounts and
Benefits Tracking– Computes full cost for
employee, employer and dependents. Reconciles carrier statements
and provides accurate benefit reports.
Time and Attendance– Up to 12 user defined
accounts with multiple accrual levels provide maximum flexibility.
Accrual system allows you to compute and post total time earned
(and used) by employee over a given period.
Performance Reviews– Automatically schedules
future reviews. Multiple "next reviews" are allowed
for disciplinary and regular reviews. Batch processing simplifies
and speeds data entry.
Training History– Tracks courses taken,
CEU’s, hours, cost and certifications earned. Training course
table plus batch processing simplifies and speeds data entry.
OSHA Management– Provides for detailed accident/incident
reporting. Produces the OSHA 200 Log and OSHA 101 (first report
of injury) documents. Tracks workman’s compensation details including
cost for rehab, liability, medical and more. Plus an array of
included reports helps you pinpoint problem areas, schedule training
and control costs.
COBRA Administration– Tracks contact information,
dates, reasons and payment history for all COBRA electees including
dependents. Produces payment coupons and payment history reports.
There’s More– Emergency contacts, dependents,
skills, educational history and company property. Everything
you need at the level of detail you want.
