Integrated Requisitions and Applicants– Combines a complete requisition tracking module with a powerful applicant tracking module. The result is an integrated solution that simplifies recruiting and ensures the proper placement of qualified candidates. Requisition tracking ensures that the open position is fully defined and applicant tracking ensures that the candidate meets the requirements defined in the requisition.

Background– For detailed background checks and to verify that educational requirements are met, LT-Applicant Management tracks past work experience, references, and education history.

Skills– Used to verify that a candidate’s claimed skills meet the skill requirements.

Offers and Acceptance– As candidates move through the selection process, LT-Applicant Management tracks positions offered, contingencies, drug test dates, and any position accepted, if applicable.
