People-Trak’s Employee Self Service (ESS) is a
browser-based tool that allows employees and managers to see

to give your employees and manager access to key information
from your People-Trak HRIS software. The primary features are
Time Off Availability – allow employees
to estimate how much time off they will have available at a particular
date in the future, see their current attendance balances and
view their detailed time-off history.
Benefits Management –automates benefits enrollment as well
as allowing employees ongoing access to view their current coverages.
Online Policy Manual – allow your Policy Manual to be accessed
electronically, online. Your data will be instantly accessable
to all employees at all times. You can dynamically make updates
to the policy manaul as issues arise.
EZ Data Entry & Updates – turn your employees into data
entry clerks. Employees can fill in their previous work experience,
educational background, health profile, dependent information,
