People-Trak® HRIS

People-Trak HRIS Suite is designed to meet the needs of companies form 50 to 5,000 employees. Employee Self Service

People-Trak’s Employee Self Service (ESS) is a browser-based tool that allows employees and managers to see data, run reports, request time off, and much more. People-Trak ESS runs off your company intranet site. It utilizes ASP pages to give your employees and manager access to key information from your People-Trak HRIS software. The primary features are listed below:

Time Off Availability – allow employees to estimate how much time off they will have available at a particular date in the future, see their current attendance balances and view their detailed time-off history.

Benefits Management –
automates benefits enrollment as well as allowing employees ongoing access to view their current coverages.

Online Policy Manual –
allow your Policy Manual to be accessed electronically, online. Your data will be instantly accessable to all employees at all times. You can dynamically make updates to the policy manaul as issues arise.

EZ Data Entry & Updates –
turn your employees into data entry clerks. Employees can fill in their previous work experience, educational background, health profile, dependent information, emergency contacts, and more. Additionally, employees can update their address, phone numbers and other personal information as they move from place to place.

People-Trak Inbox –
transactions are automatically posted into your People-Trak Inbox. You then have the control to accept or reject the pending transactions. No data gets posted live into your employee database from the ESS system without your approval.

Manager Self Service –
gives your department managers access to powerful HR data that is locked inside our HRIS. With a few simple clicks, they can see salary histories, performance histories, and attendance reports. They can also easily keep up with who has a performance review, birthday or company anniversary coming up and much, much more.

People-Trak’s HRIS system comes with a wealth of standard features as well. The highlights include:

Reports/Letters/Labels– Provides an extensive number of modifiable, pre-defined reports plus an unlimited number of custom reports which can be produced with the included ad hoc report writer. A letter generator allows you to rapidly generate letters to any employee or applicant without losing the personal touch. And, forms and labels can easily be created with an included tool by simply merging any selected data fields with your text. Most brand label products supported.

Data Management– Easily exchange information with other Windows-based applications. Import data from other databases and Excel® spreadsheets and export data to Excel, Word®, etc. Define as many databases as you like for separate divisions, companies, or employee classes. Merge databases into one for enterprise wide reporting or use the extract feature to pull specific records. Make global changes to databases quickly. Perform the dreaded zip code or area code change in seconds, not hours.

Customization– Modify field names, report headings, help lines, and multi-line help text to meet your specific needs. This can be accomplished simply and easily by yourself without the need for outside service providers.

Multi-level Security– Define and protect databases, menu options, screens, individual fields, and individual records. If desired, set-up advanced security options using query based filters. A System Access Log alerts you to any unauthorized access plus an audit log recording every field changed and the user who changed it!
